The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the date you placed the order for the service.

Refund Process

Incase any approved refund is their it will take 10 days to credit to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

  • No refund processing charges will apply.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days after the request is approved.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  • The service has been substantially delivered or completed.

  • The cancellation request is received after the 10 days period.

  • The service was purchased under a no-refund agreement or promotional discount with refund restrictions.

Gifts or Complimentary Services

If the service was purchased as a gift and delivered directly to the recipient, any eligible refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be sent to the person who made the payment.
